Making $$ with eBay

Selling on Ebay is easier than most people think. The hard part is finding the right products to sell on eBay. In this system, we’re going to show you where to find those products and how to sell them on eBay.

First, you’ll need to sign up for an eBay and Paypal account. Next, you’ll select the products to sell on eBay, and place ads on eBay.

Are you ready to make free online money???

Let’s get started!!

Step 1 – Signing Up

This is what you’ll need to start selling on eBay

1. You’ll need an eBay account, obviously. If you don’t have one, CLICK HERE.

2. You’ll need a business Paypal account. If you don’t have one, CLICK HERE.

Step 2 – Selling the Right Products

OK, now that you have an eBay and Paypal account, you’ll need to find the right products to sell. Finding products to sell on eBay sounds easy, but in reality it’s not. There’s a lot of competition, so finding a product that’s profitable and in-demand is difficult. But if you find the right products, you can make a LOT of money. In my first month I sold $8,000 worth of products on eBay.

Where to find products. There are many different wholesale web sites that sell products. But I found the best places to buy products is overseas. However, it does get a little tricky as dealing with companies overseas can be somewhat confusing as many of these companies don’t speak English as well as you do. To get the product you want at the price and quality you want can be somewhat difficult. So make sure there’s a detailed understanding between you and the company you’re buying from before making a purchase.

Here’s a list of 3 companies that I have used and had success with.

Company 1: www.dhgate.com

Company 2: www.alibaba.com

Company 3: www.lightinthebox.com

Some of these companies will even let you drop ship (drop shipping is when you receive an order, the wholesaler will ship to your customer in your name for you). This saves you the time, money, and hassle to ship the products to your customers.

For the most part, I have used www.dhgate.com as my source. Here’s some information about www.dhgate.com from their web site:

DHgate.com is a B2B e-Commerce website serving Chinese sellers and global buyers since 2004. As a leader in B2B online trading, DHgate is proud to be PayPal’s largest client in the Asia-Pacific region. Our buyers are from the US, Europe, Australia and Asia–totaling to over 230 countries worldwide. We also boast over 10 million product listings from more than 100,000 dedicated Chinese suppliers. On Dhgate.com, international buyers can purchase directly from Chinese wholesalers and factories, who offer a wide range of products at very low prices.

When selecting a product, make sure you compare the prices of the products from the wholesalers to what is available on eBay. This is to ensure you can make a profit. Keep in mind when making your calculations to consider shipping costs, as well as eBay and Paypal fees.

Be careful not to sell products that are clones or copies of the well known brands. This could result in an eBay account suspension or a lawsuit against you for copyright, trademark, or patent infringement.

Finding products on these web sites can take time as some of the products they’re selling are low quality or not profitable. Don’t be discouraged as once you find the right product that is profitable, you can make a LOT of money. Spend some time and do the research. It’s worth it! Good luck.

Note: To make sure you get the product you want with quality you want, always order samples before making a large order. Most companies will send you samples at a reasonable cost.

Step 3 – Listing Your Products on eBay

Congratulations! Now that you’ve found a product or products to sell on eBay, most of the hard work is done. All you need now is some nice looking ads to sell these products on eBay.

Here we’ll show you how to sell a product on eBay.

First, click on My eBay at the top of the page and enter your User ID and password.

Next, click on Start selling.

You need to select a category for your product. Type in at least 3 keywords related to your item and click Search.

Check the boxes for the relevant categories and click Continue.

OK, now you’re ready to create your listing. I suggest at first you don’t take any of the extras such as subtitles, extra pictures, or any features cost you extra money up front, however, you may use them as you wish. Some of them do enhance your listing. Also, you can look at the same product listed by someone else to get ideas about creating your listing/ad. However, don’t copy it word for word, because eBay may reject your ad.

Now, add your title, and the condition the product is in, and all relevant features of your product.

Add a picture. If you don’t have one you can get one easily for that product either by searching on google for it or by asking the company you bought the product from.

Next, describe the item you’re selling. Be creative and use the formatting tools given to you by eBay to improve the look of your listing.

Now you need to set the starting auction and Buy It Now price. Starting price is the just that, the price the auction starts at. Any customer can end the auction by clicking the Buy It Now button. Set the price that you want to sell the product at. Next, choose the duration of the auction. Adjust this according to your liking.

Next, you need to decide how you’d like to be payed. Select Paypal and enter your Paypal account email address.

Next, you need to decide how you’d like to be payed. Select Paypal and enter your Paypal account email address.

Now choose how you’ll ship your product and how much you’ll charge your customer for shipping. (Sometimes it’s worth giving free shipping to draw more customers to your auction driving the price up. Again, change to your liking.) Enter Handling time.

Click continue and then confirm your listing and you’re done.

Congratulations!!

You’re now ready to make money on eBay. Sit back and enjoy the ride.
